Should I give the same amount to everyone?
If the structure of your company allows it, you can create categories of employees and therefore different amounts according to this classification. These categories must be clear, non-debatable and known to everyone. Executives, employees, workers, students, seniority of more than 6 months, etc. Our sales advisors are at your disposal to support you in this decision.
What should I do to give meal vouchers to my employees for the first time?
All you have to do is register, it will take less than 5 minutes. Have the number, full contact details and name of the person(s) responsible on hand. You will then have to sign an agreement with your colleagues. This document is available to you in the library and exists in 4 languages. All you have to do is complete the value of the meal voucher (max €8) and the name of the employee. Simple and quick!
Some of my colleagues already have an Edenred card from their former employer, should I order a new one for them?
You don't have to do anything. We have set up a system to directly identify whether an employee already has a card (former employer, former temporary worker). You don't have to do anything on your side, just give us the names and NISS of your employees. The analysis is done immediately. You are thus assured of not having any costs charged unnecessarily. As for your employees, they will receive their amount paid onto their card and will be notified by an email from us.
